What happens if a cheese has decided manufacturers, Penicillium roqueforti, all crazy and put in the Neufchatel cheese and mozzarella and cheddar or Switzerland?

Cheddar is the UK, Stilton, Gorgonzola blue cheese other, which is manufactured, Spain, Italy and other countries, the taste is slightly different and not so hard Camezola camembert and gorgonzola added level long before the skin to form.
