Can limestone be used to grill meat as in lava rock? - limestone retaining blocks perth
I recently went to a restaurant that serves meat on a rock "washing" on the grill to the table. I doubt that the limestone can be, but limestone as lava, to store enough heat to cook the meat?

Limestone can certainly retain enough heat, but if you heat on limestone, which will explode - try, because the water contained in the calcite crystals.
Fat Lava is cheap and easy to get and it shall fall. Heat is supplied by a gas flame. It is also resistant (withstands time high), you can buy at any hardware store, a garden center and places to grill.
The limestone is hard, refractory, and if hot enough to wait out of business -! - Cal
